1. Company Information

CD_OGRAPHY is a premium video production and digital marketing business operated in West Sussex, United Kingdom. All drone operations are conducted in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority regulations. We hold £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance coverage.

2. Retainer Commitments and Deliverables

All delivered video assets under monthly agreements are locked at a high-retention 60-second maximum length. Retainer commitments require a minimum duration of 3 months to allow campaigns to build momentum and consistency.

3. Content Session Guidelines

Standard packages include up to 3 content sessions per month, capped at 2 hours per session. Sessions must be booked with a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice and scheduled around the client’s operational requirements.

4. Copyright and Ownership

CD_OGRAPHY retains full master copyright of raw capture files. Clients receive a perpetual, unlimited commercial usage license for all delivered finalized assets upon fulfillment of active monthly invoices.

5. Weather and Postponement

We provide free rescheduling and postponement if flight limiting or production damaging weather scenarios occur. No cancellation penalties apply for weather induced delays.
