2. How We Use Enquiry Data
Our enquiry form opens your own email application. When you choose to send us an enquiry, we process the name, email address and message you provide so we can respond, prepare a proposal, and take steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before a contract.
3. Data Retention
We normally retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, meet legal obligations, or continue an active client relationship.
4. Cookies, Analytics and External Media
We use a preference setting stored in your browser to remember your privacy choices. This is strictly necessary to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional services. We do not load optional analytics or YouTube video players until you choose to allow them.

We use service providers to host this website and operate our business email. These may process personal data only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal data. Optional providers, including Google Analytics and YouTube, are used only when you give the relevant consent.
